Sterilization pouches assure aseptic presentation and sterility for medical and pharmaceutical applications.

The most popular materials used in this pouch construction are a special paper back and a clear film face. Corner peel pouches are used when it is desirable for the product fit close to the top seal of the pouch or for bulky products. |

 | This style is commonly used for multi-layer laminate barrier materials. Commonly used is foil Laminate and Pre-Formed Non-Peel able Barrier Pouches for Medical and Pharmaceutical Applications. Therefore, a tear notch is typically provided in the heat seal near the top of the pouch to facilitate opening or zipper functions for sterile medical and pharmaceutical applications, providing excellent moisture, gas barrier resistance, and puncture protection.

 | Pouches with Zipper closures and Stand–up Features Are Available for Both Medical and Pharmaceutical Applications as well as Retort standard. With various zipper styles and either top or bottom load options, proper function with any product is assured. Standing pouches can be produced with bottom gusset, single or double-sided gussets. These pouches can be used for reusable and bulk packed products.
